In the course of printing t-shirts, designing mail, and suggesting promotional products for thousands of customers over the years, we’ve collected a fair bit of knowledge on what works and what doesn’t in the marketing world. Sampan Screen Printing has been around for a long time — since 1979 to be exact. So for more than 30 years, we’ve been helping the marketing efforts of businesses, schools, churches, political campaigns, non profits, fraternities, sororities, sports teams, and every type of family reunion or 5k run imaginable. We’ve noted what fundraisers made money and which ones didn’t do so well. We’ve paid close attention to the public relations or recruitment successes of clients using our marketing products. We’ve paid such close attention that we have compiled a long list of helpful marketing tips.
We always try to steer our clients toward success, but sometimes we feel like we need to help them at an earlier stage in their planning process — before the decision is made to order shirts or signs or promotional materials. To that end, we are starting this marketing tips blog. A lot of our posts will be related to items we print here, but we plan on mixing in a healthy dose of general marketing advice and online marketing advice. We believe that the more successful you are, the more likely it is you will come back and use our services.
We also plan on posting advice for specific client group activities like festival season for political campaigns, formal rush for sororities, booster fundraisers for sports teams or vacation bible school for churches.
